What payment methods do you accept?

To answer this question, 3 things need to be considered:  Proofing, Production and Transit Time:

Proofing Process:  
If you're customizing an item with text, your logo or other artwork, you will receive your proof in 1-2 business days.  

There are occasions when our popularity can extend this time.  If you're in a rush, we recommend contacting a rep for assistance.

Production:
Kits with Note Card Personalization Only:  If we receive your proof approval by 3PM ET, these will ship same day.

All other Kits:  After proof approvals, you can expect these to ship within 1 business day.

(Please allow additional time for large orders 50+)

Transit Times:
UPS Ground Transit Times.

Note, Custom Kit and international order turnaround times may vary.  Please contact us for more info.

What are your standard turnaround times?

Multiship DIY:
At checkout, click the box next to the SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES option below the Single Address Checkout button.  Add in as many addresses as you want to within the U.S. 48 contiguous states.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! With our personalized gifts you can create a unique gifting experience with a customizable gift component, personalized card and the ability to put your logo on the box. This is the perfect gift option if you are looking for under 25 kits. If you need more than 25 we reccommend you fill out this form so we ensure you get everything you need to make the most Delightful gift.

Can I Add a Logo?

To track you order access our Delightly Help Center here. From there sign in with your account email and a verification code will be sent to you. Once you enter that code you will see a list of your orders along with relevant tracking info.
