With onsite customization teams, we are super-fast! 

Quick Ship kits ship same day if you order by 3pm ET. Most personalization items provide proof approval that can be done right online. If you've approved your proof by 3pm EST, these go into production and ship out on the same day. I know...we're pretty amazing! 

Items that are customized require the help of our talented artists, you can expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days and for the order to ship 1 business day after proof approval. 

Custom Kits may require up to a few weeks, so contact an Account Manager for full details.
